Draft — not yet in force — requires legal and compliance approval
This document is a placeholder drafted for internal review. It is not legal advice, is not final, and does not yet govern any relationship with Quantari. Final policies will be published before any service becomes available.
Purpose
This document will set out how Quantari and its future clients would communicate electronically, and the status, security and record-keeping of those communications.
Intended scope
It is intended to cover accepted electronic channels, the legal effect and retention of electronic messages and documents, security expectations, and how clients can update their preferences.
What remains to be completed
No client channels are operational yet. The accepted channels, delivery and record-keeping arrangements remain to be defined and reviewed before any service is offered.
Status
This page is a draft framework prepared for internal review. It is not yet in force, creates no rights or obligations, and requires legal and compliance approval before it is finalised or published as a policy. Nothing here claims any regulatory authorisation, confirms any partner relationship, or sets any fee, and it does not create binding client terms.
Status: draft placeholder. Last updated: not yet published.
