Complaints procedure
Draft — not yet in force — requires legal and compliance approval
This document is a placeholder drafted for internal review. It is not legal advice, is not final, and does not yet govern any relationship with Quantari. Final policies will be published before any service becomes available.
Status today
Quantari does not currently provide regulated financial services, so there is no formal client-complaints procedure in force and no complaints relating to an active financial service. This framework describes how general concerns are handled now and how a formal procedure is intended to work in future.
General concerns now
General concerns, questions or feedback about this website can be sent to contact@quantari.ch. Because there is no client relationship and no regulated service, these are handled informally and as far as the available information allows.
Future complaint channels
Before any regulated service is offered, Quantari intends to publish a formal complaints procedure, including a dedicated channel for submitting a complaint and the information a complainant should provide. [Formal complaints channel: pending.]
Acknowledgement
Under the intended procedure, a complaint would be acknowledged after receipt. Specific acknowledgement and response times are not stated here because they are not yet defined and will be set out in the final procedure. [Response times: to be confirmed.]
Investigation
Under the intended procedure, a complaint would be reviewed fairly and objectively by an appropriate person, who would gather the relevant information and assess the concern before providing a reasoned response.
Escalation
The intended procedure would explain how a complainant can ask for a matter to be reconsidered internally if they are dissatisfied with the initial response, before any external option is used.
Record keeping
Complaints and their handling would be recorded and retained in line with the applicable requirements, so that Quantari can respond, learn from concerns and demonstrate fair handling. Specific retention details will be set with legal and compliance review.
Ombudsman (pending)
Where required, clients would be able to refer an unresolved complaint to a competent independent ombudsman for out-of-court mediation. Quantari is not yet affiliated with an ombudsman, so no ombudsman is named here; the applicable ombudsman and its contact details will be added once affiliation exists. [Ombudsman: pending.]
