Draft — not yet in force

This document is a placeholder drafted for internal review. It is not legal advice, is not final, and does not yet govern any relationship with Quantari. Final policies will be published before any service becomes available.

Purpose

This document will describe the intended role of a brokerage, execution and custody partner in the model Quantari envisages, and what it would mean for clients.

Intended scope

It is intended to cover the broker's intended role in execution and custody, the segregated-account model, the division of responsibilities, and how this relates to best execution and order handling.

What remains to be completed

A relationship with Interactive Brokers is an intended arrangement only and is not confirmed or approved. No relationship is to be represented as agreed; the details will be completed and reviewed only if and when an agreement is in place.

Status

This page is a draft framework prepared for internal review. It is not yet in force, creates no rights or obligations, and requires legal and compliance approval before it is finalised or published as a policy. Nothing here claims any regulatory authorisation, confirms any partner relationship, or sets any fee, and it does not create binding client terms.

Status: draft placeholder. Last updated: not yet published.
